Presented by Lost Our Home Pet Rescue & Dr. Jenn Pereira, LPC, RPT-S

The loss of an animal companion can impact every area of our lives and can be a profound loss. The anticipated or actual loss can leave us feeling overwhelmed, upset, confused, alone, and experiencing deep grief. If this has been your experience, please know you are not alone. The pet loss support group at Lost Our Home Pet Rescue, led by Dr. Jenn Pereira, provides a safe, caring, and empathetic environment for those who want to listen, share, and celebrate the life of their pet companion with others who are experiencing a similar loss.

This group will focus on grief reactions, healthy coping skills, and honoring the lives of your furry family member.

If you are struggling with feeling alone in your grief journey, please join us.

Attendees will have an opportunity to:

  • share their loss (if comfortable doing so)
  • understand more about grief
  • share/learn some additional coping strategies

We can also provide additional resources and reflection activities to assist people in their grief journey.

Groups are in person and limited to 15 people. If a group is full, please sign up for the next group meeting.
